The SACME TECPD Committee has released a draft article titled “Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Continuing Professional Development: A Theoretical Framework,” co-authored by 8 members. It presents the ALEERRT-CA framework, focusing on AI Literacy, Explainability, Ethics, Readiness, Reliability, and Learning Theories, emphasizing human-centered CPD design over technology. Feedback is welcomed.
