SACME Phil R. Manning Research Award: The Society for Continuing Medical Education (SACME) is announcing the call for proposals for the Phil R. Manning Research Award in Continuing Professional Development. Funding up to $50,000 (USD) is available over two years for projects that support scientific research for the advancement of any of the following fields: Continuing Medical Education, Continuing Professional Development, Interprofessional Education, Faculty Development, Patient Safety, Knowledge Translation, and/or Quality Improvement. There is a two-step application process. Letters of intent are due December 12, 2022. After an initial review process, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal due April 17, 2023.
